What are cookies?
Cookies help your browser remember things. They're usually helpful, as they keep things running smoothly and help pages load faster.
But sometimes your browser stores old cookies. When that happens, it may keep trying to load outdated data, which can lead to playback issues, loading problems, or other unexpected drama.
Clearing your cookies gives your browser a clean slate, allowing it to fetch fresh data from our website. In many cases, that's all it takes to resolve issues with film streaming.
Good to know: Clearing cookies will sign you out of most websites, so make sure you know your login details for any important websites before you clear your cookies.
