How do I change my account details?

Tablet/Smartphone App

You can update your personal information in your account. 

1. Log into your app. 
2. Click the profile icon (circle with letters) in the corner of the screen. 
3. Click Account. 
4. On the next screen you can change your name, email address and password.

PC & Browser

You can update your personal information on the website.

1. Log into your account via our website. 
2. In the top corner, press on the profile icon (circle) in the corner of the screen, then click on Account. 
3. Next, go to the Account details section.
4. To update your first and last name click on Manage settings. 
5. You can now edit your name and email address. 
6. Press Save Changes.

You can update your password by following the same steps to access your account. 

1. Once you are in your account, go to the Change Password section.
2. Click Manage Settings, then fill in your current password, your new password, and repeat your new password. 
3. Press Save Changes.
