Great to hear that you would like to use your voucher or promo code! There are two ways to redeem your code, depending on whether you already have a subscription or not:
I already have a subscription
Step 1: Go to your profile
Step 2: Under your subscription details, click on “I have a voucher”
Step 3: Enter your code and press Enter
Your code has now been successfully applied.
I do not have a subscription yet
Step 1: Go to www.withlove.tv and click “Sign up” in the top right corner
Step 2: Enter a valid email address and password
Step 3: Click “Continue”
Step 4: Choose your preferred subscription plan
Please note: the plan you select must match the type of voucher or promo code you have. The code will not work if you select the wrong plan.
Step 5: Enter your voucher or promo code
Step 6: Click “Continue”
Step 7: Click “Check your payment details”
Step 8: Choose your payment method and enter your payment details. A small verification charge of €0.02 will be made to confirm your account
Step 9: Your subscription is now successfully activated
You can now enjoy WithLove for a month or a year for free, depending on your voucher. This includes the 7-day free trial period.
