One of the most common problems that occur watching New Faith Network is caused by a weak or bad network connection. Videos often buffer or load for a long time. Or the webpage won't load. On screen you'll see error messages such as: 'Can't establish a connection'. 


The solution often lies in turning your device off and on again. If this doesn't solve the problem, you can turn the wifi-router off and on. Leave the router turned off for 10 seconds until you turn it on again. Check if the network problems have been solved.


Should the problem continue, check with your internet provider if there aren't any known malfunctions or other problems.
