1. I’ve got a voucher or promotional code and a membership

Step 1: Go to your account
Step 2: Under ‘Membership’ click on: 'I have a voucher'. Attention: it’s not possible to enter a code during the free trial period! 

2. I’ve got a voucher or a promotional code, but no membership

Step 1: Go to your account
Step 2: Under ‘Membership’ click on: Start membership;
Step 3: Choose a membership of your choice. This depends on the voucher or promotional code that you’ve received. The code doesn’t work if you click on the wrong subscription plan!;
Step 4: Enter in your voucher or promotional code; 
Step 5: Click on ‘Next step’;
Step 6: Click on ‘Check your payment details’;

Step 7: Choose your payment method and fill in your bank details. To check if everything is correct we will charge you 0,02GBP/0,03EUR;

Step 8: To be sure that you’re the owner of the e-mail address, we will sent an activation link to this e-mail address. Click on this link to activate your account; 

Step 9: You’ve successfully subscribed. Your vouchercode is added (including the 14-day free trial period). Enjoy


 3. I’ve got a voucher or promotional code, but no account.
